Log into your Manetta account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
